We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern with a strong interest and passion for creating quality products, developing engaging user experiences, and love to solve the climate challenge with us. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual willing to get their hands dirty and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Interns will be mentored and join our cross-functional product development team consisting of designers, software engineers, and product managers. You will be involved in the entire design lifecycle from concept to implementation.
We are heavily committed to teaching you best practices to become a kickass UX/UI designer to join us after university. Therefore, you should be in the phase of finishing your degree/thesis within the next 18 months and want to work full-time afterward. In addition, you are a great match if:

You can either join us as an intern, working full-time (40 hours/week) for 3-12 months, or as a working student dedicating 20 hours/week and, e.g., alongside your master thesis. Optionally, you can extend your working hours during your semester breaks.

We are a remote-first company and an international team. You can either work out of our office in Berlin or from home. Usally we meet in the office 2-3 days a week. Also, we regularly get together at co-location weeks with our international team to strengthen a great culture across geographies.
