Growth Associate (German-Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Associate to scale and manage our growth channels and processes. Your focus will be on optimizing and executing our sales strategy and related operational tasks. You will get direct experience developing campaign strategy, optimizing growth initiatives, and analyzing and reporting on results. You will become highly proficient at managing a wide variety of growth channels, and will own their day-to-day strategy and execution.

As one of the earliest employees, you will play a key role for our company. You will join an international team of talented, experienced engineers, designers and ESG professionals headquartered in Berlin.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies to drive revenue growth, user acquisition and user retention
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and other strategic initiatives that can help our company grow
  • Analysing performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize growth efforts
  • Managing customer relationships and optimising our CRM system to track and manage interactions with customers, following up on leads, and closing deals
  • Helping manage growth-related operations, such as funding and financial management, proposals preparation, invoicing, etc.


  • You combine sales and growth expertise: You have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, ideally in a startup environment. You combine strategic thinking to launch high-impact growth strategies and hands-on experience in managing their day-to-day execution.
  • You are results-driven: You have a track record of managing growth channels and and acquiring customers. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use  datato back up assumptions and drive actions.
  • You are entrepreneurial: You are results-driven and thrive in a startup environment. You have a strong understanding of core business priorities and KPIs to achieve. You think creatively, are solution-oriented, adaptable to change, and have a drive for continuous innovation.
  • You are a team player: You work collaboratively with your colleagues and consider what is best for the team. You have exceptional communication skills and can work effectively in a remote-first environment with a distributed team. You truly value diversity and inclusion.
  • You are a fast learner: As the ESG space is relatively new, expert-level ESG knowledge is not a requirement, and we provide on the job training. What is important is your attitude and ability to learn.
  • You have a ”can do, will do” mindset: You take action and get things done. You go the extra mile for your customers and team mates. You have a strong sense of ownership and a drive to succeed. You do what you say, which builds trust along the way.


  • Candidates must be fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to move to our HQ in Berlin is also a strong plus, but not essential

We are a remote-first company. You can either work out of our headquarters in Berlin or remotely. Choose the setup that works best for you. Remote locations should be within +/- 3 hours of CET time. We regularly get together at co-location weeks to strengthen a great culture across geographies.
